Hi, I am 24 unmarried boy. Basically when we r nervous and tense then the way our heartbeats increases fast. Similar sorts of feeling like quick pumping, I feel in my pelvic area, when I am sexually aroused or I come across any intimate scene. What is this cause. I get ejaculated earlier because of this feeling in pelvic area. Is it any nervous system in pelvic area which is causing it. please help and guide.
