3 months back, I was diagnosed high BP reading 170/80. My reading of blood check up. FBS-127, PPBS-175, cholesterol-283, TRIGLYCERIDES-390, HDL-52, LDL-159. After 3 months, blood check up readings are, FBS-143, PPBS-198, cholesterol-159, TRIGLYCERIDES-136, HDL-52, LDL-79. BP IS 110/70. Present medication-Olmat 40 CT (morning, STATOR-F (10 160 mg)(evening. I daily walk in the morning for one hour approximately 6 kms. My height is 168 cms and 59 kg weight. I am taking normal north indian bihari food. My age is 32 years. ECO, ECG,renal artery doppler and eye test are normal. I am not able to understand despite walking and physically active, how my second readings of blood sugar are out. Is it because of medicines I am taking? Or my high bp was because of diabetes or vice versa?
