I am a 48 years old lady married and working in a Govt organisation as a data entry operator. I start my work at 11 A.M. And ends at 5 P.M. Since last 4 years I am having a knee pain, consulted doctor, said - my knees are getting lack of calcium causing a balancing problem during walking and other jobs- my day to day life has become painful. I had menopause 2 years back. Please advise substantial. Thanks & regards.

Hello lybrate-user, looks like it's arthitic of knee, need to see knee xray, if its in early stage patient usually respond well with anti-inflammatory medication and physiotherapy quads and hamstrings strengthing exercises. Consult doctor.
