Take calcium suppliments to improve bone density n improve diet. Wear knee support to prevent further bowing of legs n decrease pressure from legs. Start doing leg exercises to improve strength so that it will prevent further change in legs. Also I will advice you to visit nearby physiotherapist for all exercises that you can do.
