Ideally all those who do not get pregnancy naturally by having intercourse around ovulation (release of ovum) for 12 to 24 months, need to undergo lot of reports to see about different factors required for pregnancy. One of those factors is open fallopian tubes which can be confirmed by X-rays- Hystero salpingo Graphy or Laproscopy (laproscopy gives extra infoemation). Those who either do not ovulate regularly or to increase chance ovulating drugs are given- one of them is Letovol.
