I am facing issues with my mental health, hence need advice. I am feeling changes in my thoughts pattern, furthermore I experience too much absence of mind. I'm not able to socialise with people at work place, also in personal life. In personal life, I don't have any friends, siblings or relatives of my age group. And since long time I'm experiencing loneliness too, though I have a girlfriend with whom I communicate and spend time with or my father. Else my world has become very small for me, no socialising. I often get feeling of guilt, worries for nothing, tension, sadness, and loneliness. Please advice.
