Dear lybrate-user, It must be difficult for you to deal with panic during pregnancy. I would recommend that you see your psychiatrist and have a discussion about the medication and have a talk about the risks and benefits of continuing medication. There are medications for anxiety which are safe to use in pregnancy. Also, there are relaxation exercises and psychological therapy which are proven to be helpful. Hope this helps Thanks.
