I have some cysts, or small liquid filled round pimples like round structures on my hydrocele .around 12 in no. 2 of them you unusually bigger than rest one is biggest looks like filled with some liquid our something soft n cushions when I press it. On pressing small ones white gel type substance comes out but the thing won't heal. Kindly suggest me wat to do. Do I HV to worry it is present from last 5 yes. Is it cancerous. Can it be sign of prostrate cancer suggest .medicine. It is present on both hydrocele.
