My wife is 6 month pregnant, as I read on internet may be see is suffering from ocd, like she has habit of washing hand leg mouth repetitive time, once she entered in washroom she wash her hand 4 to 5 times. She is always afraid from bad people's, if she see someone to whom some one she don't like ,she start washing her hand. She is so much afraid of diseases ,like if she heard word of cancer or see some patient of cancer or listen song of any acter or actress who had cancer see is afraid. If any clothes see is wearing and seen any bad people who did wrong with her in past, like any college any family person, so see wil not wear same clothes again and if that clothes wil touched from any thing or any other clothes see also don't use that things or clothes. If see thought or see in mobile about any diseases see fell her hand is not clean so see start washing her hand multiple time. See say, see do all this thing to protect her child from bad things, See has realisation that all this things is wrong then also see can't ignore these thing.

Yes, this is OCD. There is a an obsession about hygiene and cleanliness: sometimes it can be that she is attempting to clean her thoughts too. Meet with a counselor first and then if that person recommends a psychiatrist to deal with this issue, do visit one as soon as possible. Please take her parents with you to determine the possible developmental issues that may have contributed to this condition. This is a fear-based condition and for some reason she has not been dealing with this childhood fear which has now developed unto these repetitive adaptations to seem to need it for normal functioning. The behavior will then become based on magical thinking and certain rituals will become necessary to do normal things making her believe that either the frequency or the ritual is important to its success. This of course is a fallacy but there will come a time that even if told the truth, her belief will defy any logic and she will continue behaving like that even if it cripples her in your daily routines. It only appears as though some other force is behind these behaviors and that she is compelled to act in this fashion. That is obviously not true but no one can convince her of anything different. The obsession is a repeating thought pattern with no meaningful outcome; and the compulsiveness is the need to act on those obsessions also in a repeated behavior pattern as though she just cannot help herself. This is all driven by fear and when she is frustrated with it, she will escalate anger over it. Doubt, insecurity, uncertainty, and lack of firm memory will all plague her and increase stress. There are certain behavioral techniques to be implemented and if they work she may get out of this condition rather easily. If that does not work as desired, then medication has to be introduced, and in combination with counseling much work can be achieved.
