I am taking Serlift 100 and spectra 10 for the last 15 months for GAD and improved almost 100 percent. Should I continue the medicines or continue .I know taking the same for 3 days which is causing strange sensation in my head, what is it please give details. Thanks.

Hello Lybrate User, usually once you get near normal improvement with medicines the same should continue for 3-6 months for further stabilization and then gradually tapered and stopped. You should follow tapering of medicines under guidance of your treating psychiatrist. Please dont stop medicine suddenly as it may lead to relapse of symptoms.
