I am 48 year female, am having diabetes for the past two years. Now am taking ziten 500 mg in the morning and glycomet sr in the night. Sugar levels are under control its 100 and 140 in fasting and after food. I had earlier the problem of a shaky and tired feeling when the dosage was half (i was taking only 500 mg glycomet SR in the night). From january I started taking ziten in the morning and I had no shaky feeling for two months. But now again, though my sugar is almost normal, I am still getting the shaky feeling and fatigue often. Can you advise me why its like this? I find it very difficult to manage my daily routine with this issue. I am also taking Budamate 400 inhaler at times as I have wheezing prob.
