I am suffering with coccydynia pain. How can I reduce pain. When I was sit more than 30 minutes the problem of Pain is high!

Coccydynia is a tail bone pain at coccyx region well hot and cold therapy thrice a day along with ultrasound and tens help a lot, complet rest ,avoid agrravated activities and long sitting. Some stretching exerciese also help you, so contact physiotherapist for more detaill.
