I get pain in my calfs n back part of thieswhen I wake up in morning. Sometime ask my mother to sit on my calfs to reduce pain. Somehow I go on walk, while walking (brisk) I feel pain in my feet and my lower legs part (bone below knees). Please advice is it normal or should I go for some test.

Hello lybrate-user let's talk about your questions in two part calf pain - it's mostly occur due to reduce blood supply. For that you have to improve your leg strength and do exercise. For calf muscle you need to do vajarashan yog mudra for that if you have smoking habit than you should visit consultant for further evaluation. Secondly if you feel pain while walking in bone (below knee). (any recent trama is there or not and for further evaluation) you should definitely go nd visit consultant near by you.
