I have ulcers in my mouth. Its happen again and again in a week or in a month what should I do.?

Kindly apply orahelp gum paint twice daily for 15 days. Take multivitamins for a month. Also notice that you are not constipated, stressed or having lack of sleep as these are few of the reasons for ulcers. Avoid hot and spicy food as this may irritate the ulcers. Brush your teeth twice daily using correct brushing technique to maintain your oral hygiene.
