I am 19 year old girl. When I was 17 my thyroid diagnosed 44. My doctor advised to take thyronorm 75. But now .my thyroid is not more. Alwaysssss under control. So I do not want to take more medicine please.

Lybrate-user , Thanks for the query. Hypothyroidism is a hormone deficiency disease, because your thyroid is unable to produce. Hence the hormone supplement has to be continued for lifetime. If not done it will cause multiple problems with many vital body . Thanks.
