Sir, I am 62 old, hyper tension patient, using Telma-H 80 mg. Regularly since 4 yrs. Before that used TelmaH40 mg. At present my BP reading is 135/55. Is it Ok. I think there should be 120/80. As a normal condition. Kindly suggest if any to follow. Feeling very nervous. Fatigue, using Eucalamin cap. Daily once. No optimum result.

1) Your BP is fine for your age with the medication and you can continue the present dosage. At 60 we donot look for aggressive BP correction. 2) With regard to your symptom of breathlessness, fatigue and nervous, given that you have a history of DVT, my suggestion is please get a ecg, x-ray and echo done as soon as possible and consult your cardiologist with the reports, because sometimes DVT can cause pulmonary embolism and it can give rise to these symptoms.
