My mother her age is around 45 &in recently given tests it is found that she got effected with thyroid TSH is 23 is it so serious & will it be controlled please suggest me she is in tense.

TSH of 23 is high, which is suggestive of thyroid hormone deficiency. Based on the T3 and T4 report, the dose of thyroid hormone replacement would be decided. If left untreated, hypothermia can lead to various symptoms like loss of appetite with weight gain, sleepiness, lethargy etc.
