May be you are feeling insecure and becoming anxious due to unnecessary worrying. You should spend some time to reflect upon your personality and try to bring clarity. You can discuss about your concerns and stress factors (or just simply share your feelings) with people who care for you and listen to you with the intension of understanding your problem. As regards to your health, remember to take good care of your health by adapting a healthy lifestyle. Invest time in learning yoga and pranayam which can not only help in overcoming your thyroid problem but also relax your mind and bring clarity of thought. Read good books which can inspire self development and boost your self-esteem and dignity. If needed you can take Homeopathy which is safe and gentle. You can contact me for further clarification.

Hello. From what you have described ,it seems you are having a tough time. I believe a lot of our worries are becsuse of the thoughts we have and quite often we believe our thoughts to be the ultimate truth. I believe not communicating with your partner for 5 days would be a tough ordeal and I can understand what you are going through. Having said that ,there could be multiple reasons as to why there might have been a breakdown in your communication and it does not imply that your relationship has come to a screeching halt. I believe meeting a psychiatrist would help you and he or she could help you modify some of your thinking patterns and it would go a long way in improving your mental health. Warm regards,

Hello, Firstly, you are not suffering from a mental disorder. I understand your attachment to your boy friend. You need to introspect if this is a constant fear or something you are experiencing presently due to his unavailability. While he may be going through his own issues in recovering from an accident and injury, it will be in the best interest of the relationship for you to be patient for him to settle down. In case you find yourself over thinking a lot about this or any other insecurities, I would recommend you speak to a professional psychologist who can help you to overcome the anxiety and stress you are experiencing. Re evaluate your emotional dependency on him/relationship. You will also benefit from working on your self confidence, as that will have a positive impact on the relationship too.
