Im male 28. I workout 4-5 days a week. Im completely vegan. So to build muscle I take optimum nutrition whey protein (once every day after workout), muscleblaze - multivitamin (after lunch alternative days, fisg oil (after lunch alternative days), healthkart - milk thistle (daily early morning empty stomach). I keep a tract of my macros at every corner. But I have gastric issues. Is it ok to have all those without consultation?

No, you should consult first, you mentioned you are vegan but you consume fish oil capsules, it makes little vague scenario. All the supplemets are prescribed after assessing diet and ability to absorb it from food. Once clear data is generate on that basis dosage is planned so that in long run will not harm your body. For gastric issue they happened due to acidic environment in gut which is because of high protein waste. Include vegetables in plenty amount to make it more alkaline for gut and introduce probiotic in diet.
