Hi unfortunately there are no medications as such its unwise to leave gall stones. Untreated once they are detected. Even a 1 mm stone can cause life threatning complications gall bladder is the factory and stones are its product so even if the stone dissolves the factory remains and you can imagine it shall produce stones again strongly advise yu not to delay and seek surgery.
