I am 42 years old. I was diagnosed with mitochondrial myopathy 10 years ago. That was not too much interfering with my daily life. Off late I was having slight balance issue, cognitive functions are slightly impacted. Did a 3T MRI and all findings were normal except it states "Few lacking in bilateral parietal deep white matter" I am having very mild head ache at the right back portion of my head. I also have mitral valve prolapse. Please suggest medicine.
