Dear sir. Since from one month I am facing sudden hunger attacks I am non diabetic I got tested sugar levels are normal before and after food and even I got tested for thyroid it is also normal, but I am feeling hunger attack that is worst I have some anxiety also kindly suggest me some medicine to overcome this issue. Thank you.

Sounds like transient hypoglycaemia. The symptoms which comes on, which can include sweating, trambling, etc are due to adrenal release to increase your blood glucose. Try lowering he amount of carbohydrates you eat and increasing protein and fat intake.
