I am feared of living. I feel embarrassed about certain situations I have lived in my past years. They were not bad or sad but either way I feel hatred about life. I know they were very silly things I did. But I think I lost my self confidence in that too much.

He/she will definitely understand the pain you are going through and counselling and/ or medicines will help you get over this phase. Do not fear medication as they are not addictive, or damaging in any way.
