I started my gym 20 days back. I am taking a isolated protein supplement also. But my weight is not increasing. I also have infection in throat from that day get cured by antibiotics but occurring again and again. The quantity of my stool pass is also increased. I had to pass stools 3-4 times a day. I am exercising very hard. But Don't know what is happening either problem in my supplement or in my body. Is it good to take supplement or to take eggs as protein source. Can you please give me a vegetarian diet chart for my good health. I can eat eggs also.
