Hi, I am diabetic since 4 years now I am on strict diet so my sugar levels are 114 fasting and 134 post lunch without medications. Today I got done my C-Peptide test at afternoon and the result is 1.35 ng/ml. Pls tel me my pancreas is secreting enough insulin? And what does the test value indicates?
