Hello sir. My dad has been suffering from dental caries. So is there any complications in extracting the tooth and implanting an artificial tooth?

There should be no complications while extracting the tooth, but it should be filled and saved if possible.

As such if everything is normal then there will be no complications in removal of tooth. But if it can be saved then it's better to save your natural tooth than implanting artificial. Clinical examination is important for decision.
