Hello, I am 24 year old office going person. I am suffering from mental stress daily. The workload is not much but I overthink and take tension on small things. Due to this stress, my head feels very heavy all day. This even happens on weekends sometimes when I do not get proper sleep. The feeling is like I don't feel fresh as if there's some continuous load on my head. It's happening from around 2-3 months. How can I cure this naturally and feel normal again like before? Is it really mental stress or depression or anything else? Please suggest as I want to get out of this.

What you are describing sounds like anxiety due to the mental stress that you are describing. You will need a formal diagnosis from a psychiatrist through.
