I am 43 years old working professional. I travel 2-3 days in a week. My height is 175 Cm and weight is 69 Kg. Fortunately non diabetic. I do yoga for 2-3 days in a week. Pls suggest balanced weekly vegetarian diet plan for me. I am staying in Ahmedabad.

It is not easy to stick and follow strict diet plan for long. Diet should include cereals pulses vegetables milk curd fruits salad daily in moderate amount so as to maintain your body weight and give sufficient energy for work.
