I am 20 years old. And I am on antidepressants medicine for 15 months now I am 80% ok. But I had bipolar and now minor depression. But my ind always stay in my head and always stay in past. I have goal. And I am highly ambitious. I want to achieve my goal but when I read sometimes that negative feeling like" if I can not" and that's make me angry. Here little darkness also. If I read vigorously books and more exercise will I be perfect? I will be you thank full if I get any satisfied ans. Most of say depression is self created or other say it is clinical. Which one is right?
