Hi Lybrate User Itching and burning in eyes occurred due to vitiation of Pitt dosh according to Ayurved. You have to avoid oily spicy fried salty acidic foods (garma masala, Dahi, Chhacha, besan Maida, aachar, fermented products, samosa kachori etc) take light easily digestable nutrional proteinious fibre Rich diet. Clean your eyes using Triphala Yavkut soked water two time's a day. Take Triphala Ghrutam 10 ml two times a day with milk empty stomach. Take plenty of Avala juice after taking breakfast with lukewarm water. Tc Thanks Regards.
