I am having plantar fasciitis problem since last year. Initially it was in left leg with pain in heel. Gradually the pain subsided after physiotherapy. But since, last three months the pain is in right leg heel. I am not going to any physio now. I am wearing cushioned sport shoes of Asics. What is the permanent cure for it. I experience pain in left leg also if I walk more.
