Hi doctor. I am diagnosed with pemphigus vulgaris and am using omnacortil since 2 yrs. Initially the dosage was 40 mg and over 1 years it was slowly reduced and stopped as per doctor advice. After stopping within 2 months I faced the problem again. Now I am on a maintenance dosage of 5 mg omnacortil every day. Now a days I feels palpitation on and off. I got an ECG done and all major blood test for diabetes and LFT and cholesterol .all are normal as mentioned by doctor. Now I am taking Inderal 10 also along with omnacortil 5 mg. I feel much better regarding palpitation .but it still shows up during the day or night slightly. Its not very aggressive but I feel a bit disturbed. Can you suggest if it could be a side effect of omnacortil .or any hormonal imbalance as I am 47 years now or do you suggest any thing else. Thank you and regards
