I am 22 years old. I used to drink safi for clear skin. Though I did not get any clear acne free skin, I did not even get periods since last three months. I.e. I am 3 months late for my periods. I used to take safi in the month of January. Please help me what should I do?

If you are sure of not had sex the delay in periods cannot be due to safi and you may have PCOD and need check up.

There could be multiple reasons for delay in periods. First of all if you have had sex in these three months, there could be a probable reason for not having periods as there might be the chances of pregnancy. Also for delay in periods, pcod can be one of the most probable reasons. Safi, however, has nothing to do in delayed periods.
