I am diabetic. My hba1c is 7.4.my fasting blood sugar is 100 and ppbs is 210 to 240. I am taking plenty of medicines like gemer ds 2 bd, tigatel 20, januvia 100 od, shelcal hd, caspa plus, etc.i have always pain in my legs while on bed. If I wake up and do activity or go to work it disappears. For this neuropathic type pain I am also taking pregabalin capsules but no benefit. Can you suggest some insulin which is suppose to be taken once in a week or any other medicine to control diabetes. thanks.
