I have got rashes on my face due to summer heat. It gets OK for sometime but again it comes in my face. I use lotus herbals safe sun block creme SPF 20 UVB. My age is 38 years. How to get rid of this problem soon. Please help me out.

You can get rid of rashed by applying herbal creams and drink 4- 5 liters of water daily. Use sunshade while going out. Use photoban cream as soon as you get up from sleep (not while going out only)
