Hi, I am 34 years old and mother of two kids through c section. My last c section was on dec 2015. I have not undergone family planning. There are no cases of previous miscarriages or abortion. I had my last periods on 29th march. My cycle is for 25-26 days. But today 27th april, I have not got my periods yet. I have a very severe back pain from past 3 days. How should I proceed now If i am pregnant ,is d&c must and should in all cases ? I am freaking out with this term.

First step is to do urine pregnancy test or blood serum HCG-Beta test. If positive meet Gynecologist - some drugs can be given under supervision of Gynecologist.
