Hello, Sulpitac can be given up to 1200 mg in divided dosage. In the beginning of the treatment drug starts showing its maximum effect and then the improvement is slow. Medications are not magic pills and it usually take some time to control symptoms. Being patient here is the key. I can understand the problem you are facing. You have to understand what she is doing is because of the illness. She has no touch with the reality and once she will improve she will start taking medications. Contact nearby psychiatric clinic for help or to get her admitted. If there has been a history of medication been taken irregularly ask your psychiatrist to start him on long acting injections which are to be given once a month. These injection will take care of her symptoms even when she don't take her medication. For any further help you can contact me. Best wishes.
