I am 56 years of age. I am suffering from high bp of 140/90 for which I take Telma h 80 in the morning and prolomet xl 50 in the night along with atstat10 for serum triglycerides of 206.In addition I take Betacap tr 40 for mild tremors of hand. Kindly advise if any more changes are required.

Prolomet and Betacap are both beta blockers, which are used for reducing heart beat, in angina and for migraine etc, so it does not make sense to use 2 beta blockers in one patient. It will be better if you continue with betacap tr and stop prolomet as betacap will serve for both functions. And it is my suggestion that instead of taking open consultation online you should either consult a cardiologist & neurologist in person or at the least in private consultation online for a better & careful treatment management in view of multiple drugs & problems for which you are taking it.
