I am 22 years old female. I had PCOD lin the past (2015), but have recovered through these years. Being a psychiatric patient with a doubt of epilepsy, I was on levipil prescribed by the psychiatrist. Then I was switched to a neurologist he changed the medicine to valporate that induce weight gain. But when he came to know about my PCOD history, he switched to lamotrigine that have unlimited other side effects. If I keep my three hours of exercise regular, can I switch back to valporate?

Levipil should be a better option if it is tolerated.

Most of medical challanges need doctor to listen to detailed medical history in form of questions and answers, examination of patient and sometimes reports so meet concerned doctor.- Neurologist. Tell him/her whatever you face but never change drug or dosage without consulting neurologist.
