Hi, She has a desk job in banking she is suffering from right shoulder pain from back of head to right shoulder Please provide some exercise for her.

Before jumping to exercises, better to find out the cause. Shoulder pain may come from shoulder joints, muscles of shoulder, cervical spines, neck muscles. Repetitive Strain Injury is a common cause for these kind of pain. So she need clinical examinations to find out the cause for the shoulder pain then only the specific exercises will be given. One common suggestion- You have to keep your computer minimum of 20 inches away from body, 20 degree dowmward inclination from your eye level.
