Hi I am on antihypertensive medication arbitel-h but my bp is now normal before it was 160/100, 130/90 and my lipid profile is normal, tsh, urea, creatinine, lft all are normal and now I am practising change in life style by walking, jogging from 1 month and now I want to quit medication can I do so? Please help.

Hello, Your BP 130/90 is on antihypertensive medication. You shouldn't hold medicines without consultation. Tk, care.

Low salt diet too. And do not stop medicines.
