I have a flat foot and I do not walk somewhat normally the right foot if to right side. What should i do?

Lybrate-user, you need to use arched sole in your shoes and/or if using sleepers then special arched soled chappals or floaters made by an Orthotic (specialist in making design ed shoes as per requirement of the patient) at the same time some stretching exercises of foot will help you Also you have to check whether you have knocked knees. If it is so. Consult physio and Occupational therapist personally.
