Please explain about superior oblique palsy, the eyes specialist here has diagnosed me with this and says it is quite common in Diabetic patients, what are the implications for it and the possibility of regaining the normal eye sight. Thanks.

Hello, Thanks for the query. This leads to double vision. But in case of diabetic origin, it usually recovers in about 4 to6 weeks. Usually Methylcobalamine supplements are used in support. Thanks.
