I am only 33 years and back pain from last one month and Done a MRI on today. I am not able to understand what doctor say. Please help and guide me what to do? Remarks in MRI Report. (1) Mid degenerative Changes as mentioned (2) Diffuse disc budge is seen involving L5-S1 Intervertebral Disc which is causing impingement over bilateral traversing nerve roots. Please advice me.

Looks like a mechanical low backache You need to change your posture do yoga and spinal strenghtning exercise the mri report shows mild disk problem which can be controlled by conservative measures.
