Hi, Can you tell me the necessary foods to be had and also to be avoided after the embryo transfer. As I have undergone ivf treatment. So want to have a positive result. Please let me know in detail about the food. Even rice, is it fine to have rice now?

You don't have to be so particular about your diet. Take regular meals at regular intervals. Almost every 2 hrs you need to take something. Breakfast should be high cals rich in carb, lunch should be well balanced diet dinnerlittle lighter. Apple # banana, fruit salad, soup, milk, egg and sprouts can be taken in between regular meals. You should avoid taking papaya .kathal. Excessive spicy food. Any thing that is hard to digest.
