My mother has a white spot on her face it is because of the side effect of bindi. It is since 9-10 year now she consulted to skin doctor six months ago they suggest her to use 0.1% topgraf. Is this cream good for long term use? Because online I read many side effects related to this medicine. If not then what is its effective treatment?

Hello, tacrolimus is used for pigmentation and is safe to use. If the pigmentation doesn't return back in 6 months you can opt for melanocyte transfer or skin grafting which gives good results.
