I have slight discomfort and pain in my knee and makes a grinding sound each time I sit, squat, climb stairs. It has increased a lot in the past 3 -4 months. I am 27 years old, 88 kgs weight and 4'11 height. I have no other ongoing diseases.

Get xray both knees AP /Lateral standing views n focus on weight loss by walking. Avoid stairs squatting cross legged postures. Ll worsen d condition. Its too early for your age for these symptoms to start. Get your blood tests done. RA factor ,ESR ,crp, Serum uric acid tested.
