If a patient has had history of angina in the past and has an episode of unconsciousness it requires urgent and detailed evaluation. A new heart attack or some rhythm abnormality like AF or VT or complete heart block can be the reasons, so it will be best to take the person to a cardiologist and get detailed cardiac evaluation done which should include, ecg, echo, cardiac enzymes and angiography without any delay.
