Dr. I have diabetes my hips is 7 percent my age 27 year old now my weight is 73 kg am going gym ragurly and I dnt take any medicine my blood almost control with exercise I workout two time in day morning I doing cardio and evening weight lifting I want gain weight tell me a proper diet plan bcoz I want gain weight plz.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Your height is 170 cms, hence weight has to be about 70 kgs at your age. You are already 75 kgs, which means there is 5 kgs extra weight. I don't understand why would you like to add further weight. It is good to build muscles with strong workouts. As regards diabetes, it needs to be treated. In very well controlled person HbA1c% has to be < 6%. Plus fasting glucose has to be < 100 mg & PP < 150 mg. Thanks.
