My father is having pain in both the knee since 2 yrs. The problem is more in left knee. Dr. suggested to do a MRI scan of left knee based on which he will decide further medication/surgery required. I am attaching the latest MRI of left knee. Please suggest what should be suggested remedy for this condition.

Your father would be 40-50 year old or beyond. He is most probably suffering from osteoarthritis. MRI is of less importance. Try ice packs application locally. Perform quadriceps exercises. Medications like enzomac and Cartigen will help. You can opt for interarticular injections. Share x-rays.
